Our Story
Connor’s crew was started back in 2021 when Connor was diagnosed with a rare genetic syndrome known as Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome. He was born with a few differences, feeding difficulties, surgeries and developmental delays. He was not diagnosed until he was almost 2 years old, and until then we questioned a lot. Our world was turned in ways we never knew existed, but we were determined to learn as much as we could about this unexpected journey.
RTS is a rare genetic syndrome that occurs in 1 in 125,000 individuals. Those with RTS have an intellectual disability along with both growth and developmental delays. Some have many medical issues but all unique in their own ways. Through this we decided to raise awareness about RTS and all those with rare diseases.
Our Misson
Connor’s crew is determined to raise awareness and inclusion for those with rare disease. By joining hands with Mals Pals Foundation we will strive to continue their mission that including and accommodating people of all abilities with make this world a better place.
Our Vision
Connor’s crew hopes to continue making strides of improving our world to be more inclusive. Allowing those with disabilities and rare disease to live their best lives. Through our different fundraisers and events, we will accomplish these goals.
